How Do I Cancel My Order?

Once an order has been placed there is very little time to change it.

Please contact me as soon as possible to see if it already has been shipped. If it has been shipped please wait to receive the parcel and return it back using my returns procedure.

What Happens If My Item Is Out Of Stock?

Rarely (but occasionally it happens), I haven’t got something you’ve ordered.

In this case I will contact you to advise you of this and find out if you still would like to go ahead with the order.

What Are Your Delivery Costs?

UK delivery

UK Delivery is FREE if you spend more than £75.

If you spend less than £75 it is £4.95.

International delivery

  • EU countries costs £7.00
  • North America costs £8.00
  • The rest of the world costs £20.00

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we do deliver internationally.

  • EU countries costs £7.00
  • North America costs £8.00
  • The rest of the world costs £20.00

International delivery takes 7-10 working days.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Standard delivery to a UK address normally takes 5 working days.

Delivery to other countries normally takes between 7-10 working days.

If you would like your delivery faster then contact me to see if it is possible to arrange an alternate delivery method. Please note that you will have to pay more in delivery fees to get your delivery faster.

All delivery times are estimates and I cannot guarantee specific deadlines. Please note,  I cannot be held responsible for any third-party involvement where delays occur to deliveries.

Saturdays, Sundays and all bank holidays are classed as non-working days.

Will I Have To Pay Import Taxes?

UK Buyers

If you are based in the UK then there is no import duties or taxes to pay.

International Buyers

Everything is shipped from the UK and sold on an unpaid Delivery Duty basis.

Please be aware that you, or whoever the lucky recipient might be, may have to pay Import Duty or a Formal Customs Entry Fee upon, or prior to, delivery.

If you’re unsure how this will affect the overall cost of your order, please check your Local Legislation rules.

Where Don't You Ship To?

Sadly,  I cannot deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, hotels or universities.

Can You Ship To More Than One Address?

Sorry but – I am unable to split the delivery of an order between two addresses.

In this case, please place two separate orders online, or, alternatively, you can call me on 07980 619494 (or +44 7980 619494) if you’re calling from outside the UK) and I will be happy to help you find the best solution.

What Is Your Returns Policy?

I hope you are delighted with your order. However, if  for some reason you don’t like it or it is not as you expected, just send it back to me within 28 days and I’ll gladly refund or exchange it for you.

If you are returning products that are not faulty, then the cost of returning the product to us is your responsibility.

Before returning any item to us, we do ask that it is in the same condition as when you first bought it. Please ensure you have taken reasonable care to make certain that it is returned safely and not damaged in transit. Please include original packaging where possible.

Please note that cut lengths of fabric cannot be returned or exchanged.

How Do I Return An Item?

1. Contact me saying you wish to return an item for an exchange or a refund.

2. I will acknowledge your request ready for you to post the item back to me.

3. Send the item to:

I recommend you obtain a proof of postage.

4. Once I have received your returned item(s), I will process them as quickly as possible. It can take up-to 7 days from the date of receipt to refund your money.

What Do I Do If My Item Is Faulty Or Damaged?

I really hope that your order arrives in one piece.

In the event of any products being faulty, I will cover the cost of the postage (up to £10 for UK and up to £20 for the Rest of the World) and either refund or exchange the items for you.
